Free Webinars for Agency Staff

FPC provides weekly webinar trainings for agency staff. These trainings will introduce our courses, the FPC management system, and how to customize the system to fit the reporting needs of your agency. The Register Now button will transfer you to a sign-up form which lists the scheduled dates for upcoming webinars. FPC also coordinates private trainings upon request. To schedule a private training for your agency, please email FPCsupport@northwestmedia.com.

Please note that FPC provides pre-recorded video and print tutorials that help agency staff use the FPC management system. You must be logged in to your agency account to access Tutorials for Agencies, which are located on the Admin Home page, under the Website Training & Help tab.

Participants of this 60-minute webinar will learn how use and navigate the management system. By the end of this training, you should be comfortable with setting up and managing parent accounts. You will also understand the options available in the management system, including how to setup subgroups, generate training reports, build a custom cluster of courses and more. How to Use Series (Unlimited Accounts)

Participants of this 45-minute webinar will learn how to create a Series template, setup Series in a subgroup and how to manage training within the Series portal. You will also learn how to request cluster and test retakes, issue certificates of completion, and transfer members who have completed Series.
