FPC provides weekly webinar trainings for agency staff. These trainings will introduce our courses, the FPC management system, and how to customize the system to fit the reporting needs of your agency. The Register Now button will transfer you to the sign-up form which lists the scheduled dates for upcoming webinars to choose from. FPC also coordinates private trainings upon request. To schedule a private training for your agency, please email FPCsupport@northwestmedia.com.
FPC provides pre-recorded video and print tutorials that help agency staff use the FPC management system. You must be logged in to your agency account to access Tutorials for Agencies, which are located on the Admin Home page, under the Website Training & Help tab.
