This 30 minute webinar is designed for agency staff who are not already familiar with FosterParentCollege.com and what we offer. The training will provide a general understanding of FosterParentCollege.com including curriculum options, registering, managing, and communicating with parents. In addition we will demonstrate how FosterParentCollege.com works for parent participants.

Using the FPC Management System

This webinar is for agency staff who already have an account with Foster Parent College. Participants of this webinar will learn how use the FosterParentCollege.com management system more efficiently. By the end of this 30 minute training, you should be comfortable with setting up and managing parent accounts. You will also understand all of the options available in the management system, including creating and printing reports.

FPC Account Maintenance

Our latest webinar series has been designed for account administrators and focuses on teaching how to maintain the agency account to save them time and their agencies money. We strongly encourage FPC account administrators, especially new ones, to attend this webinar to learn helpful ways to keep their accounts up to date.

This webinar is scheduled to be 30 minutes in length and will cover topics such as editing account information including changing the name of and agency or subgroup as well as updating agency contact information, reclaiming and reallocating training units, deactivating member’s accounts, transferring members to different subgroups within the agency structure, and deleting subgroups.
