Effective online training can be one of the most powerful support tools social services agencies provide to adoptive, foster and kinship families, and when families feel supported, they stay involved. FosterParentCollege.com® is hosting a series of free webinars in November that explore the components of effective online training.

The webinars:

• identify the characteristics of a good program
• explore website tools that allow agencies to manage their caregivers' online training
• discuss accountability through program reports, tools to track caregivers' participation and progress, and certificates of completion
• examine built-in communication features for individual or group dialog between agencies and clients
• explore ideas on incorporating an on-line program to complement existing inhouse training programs.
