Eugene, OR - Northwest Media is recruiting candidates for the new FosterParentCollege.com® Certified Consultant Program. The program trains and certifies consultants who will work to ensure successful integration of FPC training, resulting in a more efficient use of agency staff time and training budget and contributing to the goal of retaining good foster families.

Applications can be submitted now for the first Certified Consultant Program (CCP) training session in June. Other training sessions are scheduled for the fall.

Potential applicants are screened for acceptance into the 4-week online training program which includes Webinars, quizzes, self-directed study exercises, completing 3 FPC classes, and passing the final certifying exam. Training takes a total of 12-14 hours.

Once certified, consultants will be well-versed in all aspects of FPC account management and use and will work with agencies to make their FPC online training program as effective and efficient as possible. Agencies will benefit by getting precisely the level of personal, in-house service they need to have a vibrant online training program valued by resource parents and staff.

FPC Certified Consultants are third party vendors who work independently of Northwest Media and who contract directly with agencies. Agencies are responsible for all fees for services they contract for.
